- Orders can be returned for no reason within 20 days from the date of shipment. And the returned goods need to be intact, the appearance need to brand new, the accessories are complete, the counterfeit label is intact, the invoice is complete. If there is a gift associated with the product, it needs to be returned together with the product. The returned goods will go through strict inspection. The return will be approved once it meet the conditions for return procedures.
- Items label as “not applicable to being returned” in product description cannot be returned. We recommend that you read the product description carefully before purchasing the required products.
Return will not be approved in the following cases:
- If the specified return period (within 20 days of delivery) is exceeded, the return request will not be approved.
- Items not purchased at Milbas (serial number does not match) will not be returned.
- If original packaging, original accessories, invoices, tags, manuals, warranty, gifts associate with the item is not complete, return request will not be approved.
- If the product is worn, washed, soiled or damaged, it will not be returned.
- Any damage to the product caused by abnormal use, storage or personal reasons (such as self-modification, washing, scratching, deformation, oiling, embroidery, washing, acid, alkali, oil or touching hard objects, rainy day wear, long time wearing, lack of hardware accessories, etc.), will not be returned.
- Items in one package cannot be returned in part.
- You can file a return request to us by phone, Whatsapp, or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number, product name, and reason for return. Your application will be responded to within 72 hours.
- After the return request is confirmed, please follow the instructions from email@example.com to send the returned goods to the designated address. You will be asked to provide the tracking order number and your refund account to us.
- Milbas receives the returned item and apply quality inspection. If the item is eligible for a refund, we will arrange a refund within 72 hours.
- We do not accept the freight collect
- The shipping cost of the return is borne by the customer.
- Once Milbas receives the returned item, strict quality inspection will be applied . If the return item meets our return conditions, the refund will be arranged within 72 hours and the money will be returned to the bank account provided in your email.
- For orders that enjoy discounts and coupon codes, Milbas will automatically calculate the amount of the item based on the percentage of the offer. The amout that you actually paid will be returned.
