Submit an order

  • Settlement
    • When you select an item, click “Add to Cart” and the item will be added to your shopping cart. In the shopping cart, please check the product name, picture, size and quantity correctly. After confirmation, you can select "Pay". If you don't need an item, you can choose "Delete".
  • Delivery address
    • You need to fill in your consignee information, please fill in carefully, mistakes or omission in delivery address can make you not receive the order.
    • Before shipment, we will contact you by phone or email to confirm your order and delivery address. Please be sure to respond promptly. Your order will be cancelled automatically if it is not confirmed within 48 hours.
  • Payment method
    • Milbas only supports cash on delivery (COD). Costs associated to COD is borne by us.

        • Discounts are divided into three categories: all categories, limited categories, and limited items. Discount for all categories can be used for all goods. Discount for limited categories can only be used to when purchasing the associated categories of goods. Discount for limited items can only be used to purchase the specified items.
        • Discounts can be used along with the coupon codes.
      • Coupon Code Description
        • Coupon codes are divided into coupon for all categories, coupon for limited categories and coupon for single items. Coupon for all categories can be used for all goods. Coupon for limited categories can only be used for the specified category of goods. Coupon for limited items can only be used for specified items. Coupons can be used along with product discounts. Coupon codes can only be used once for one specific order.
        • When filling out the order, on the payment method page, fill in the discount code of your choice next to discount.
        • Find us on instagram @milbas_official. We issue coupons from time to time.
      • Special Instructions
        • For returning orders that were purchased with discounts and coupon codes, only the amount paid will be returned.

    Change order

    • For the change of the delivery address, please contact customer service as soon as possible.
    • For other changes, please contact customer service to cancel the original order. You can place a new order after cancellation.

      • Our goal is to provide our customers with quality products as much as possible. We cancel orders rarely.Your order could be cancelled due to a lack of inventory or quality inspection. If Milabs cancels the order, we will keep you updated through email.
      • Before shipment, we will confirm the order information with you by phone or email. Please reply in time. If we do not receive any response within 48 hours, we will cancel your order.
